单位的电脑使用zscaler，单位IT人员提供了绕过zscaler的proxy, 代码如截图，但是还是报错

Eikon Data API connects to Eikon via localhost to retrieve data. Setting up a proxy used by Eikon Data API will not help if it is a firewall issue because Eikon needs to connect to servers on the Internet to retrieve data. Zscaler may block connections between Eikon and the Internet.
The Eikon application works well behind the zscaler but python API dose not, Could please provide with domains that Zscaler will block in this case, then i will connect with our IT to bypass these domains.
