Can you help me with the APP Studio .NET SDK download to work around?

This guide shows how to download the SDK. What happens when you try this method?

I have been tried this but it was asking to raise the request with the details. I have done that also and it says agent will contact you. But still i didnt get any response from the agent.

@kishor.d App Studio documentation is only available to those who have a Thomson Reuters Eikon account with a developer licence. Could you confirm that this is the case please?
