[MainThread 15536] Error on handshake

Hello,

I am getting the following error when trying to run ek.set_app_key('MY_APP_KEY')

2020-10-20 15:31:11,600 P[17204] [MainThread 15536] Error on handshake port 9060 : TimeoutException("TimeoutException on HTTP request: ReadTimeout('')")


What might be the problem?


Python: 3.7.4

eikon: 1.1.7

httpx 0.14.3

Hello @Julius.uotila,

Please confirm that Eikon is running and Eikon proxy is listening on port 9060, as this is where API is trying to connect according to this info, and failing.
