TRTH API Exception - Tick History Options Quota Limit: 0 Quota Message: ERROR: The RIC 'LCO' in the request would exceed your quota limits. Adjust your input list to continue. Quota exception

Hi,

Client is facing quota exception while using TRTH API for pulling 0#LCO: data

Tick History Options Quota Limit: 0 
Quota Message: ERROR: The RIC 'LCO' in the request would exceed your quota limits. Adjust your input list to continue. 
Quota Message: WARNING: Tick History Options Quota has been reached or exceeded


Client has all privileges and want to pull all data.

The error is related to quota of TRTH user. Moderators in this forum are dedicated to technical API related queries. We do not have access to user administration. This issue would best be investigated by TRTH support. Please a query to the TRTH support via MyRefinitiv.
