I have a question concerning the TRTH API functionality. Is there a way to verify whether particular request will affect usage limits (e.g. contains instruments that have never been accessed before) before submitting it? All I could find is GetQuota function which is not really helpful in this case.

To verify any RIC you could use the 'verify option' in API, however you will be charged if you submit a request and the RIC has data.
