Network error with TRTH client

Hi, Today we saw below kind of exception while we were downloading Intraday summary report. Please check following exceptions-

1) during poll : ("bad handshake: Error([('SSL routines', 'ssl3_read_bytes', 'sslv3 alert handshake failure')],)",)

2) during poll : ("bad handshake: Error([('SSL routines', 'SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO', 'unsupported protocol')],)",)

3) during poll : HTTPSConnectionPool(host='hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /RestApi/v1/Extractions/RawExtractionResults('0x0609ae95540b2f76')/$value (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', RemoteDisconnected('Remote end closed connection without response',)))

4) during poll : ("bad handshake: SysCallError(-1, 'Unexpected EOF')",)

Can you please confirm if TRTH API and web servers are healthy?

Best way to know service outage information is to subscribe to alerts and notifications for the product of interest to you.

It can also be viewed through alerts page in Eikon, or through My Account here. As of Jan 25, 10:30 AM EST - the service is up and I am able to get timely responses.
