Please see the following information I have found.

"Data on TRTH v2 is governed by embargoes varying on a per-exchange basis. For most exchanges, data is embargoed by 120 minutes or in other words, you will be able to download latest trading days data 2 hours after its close. The attached file provides the TRTH v2 release times for the various exchanges."
