request add Decimal Places for corpreate event On Demand extraction

I need function Decimal Places for corpreate event On Demand extraction, because lot of dividends and capital change have long decimal over 6. It will have lot of precision problems if the Decimal Places fixed at 6.

@bin, setting the number of decimal places is only possible if you use a scheduled extraction, with a report template defined on the server. On Demand extractions do not deliver the capability of setting decimal places.

See this query for more information.

Thanks Christiaan reply.

I knew I can setup the decimal format in scheduled extraction, but for corporate actions, it normally quite small response, If I just require a quick view of the data, I think the On Demand extraction is very helpful.

However, the number in corporate event, e.g. dividends or capital change, is very easy to have a longer number than 6 decimal. But because the decimal problem I cannot trust the data on demand extraction, then how could I use the function?

Could TRTH development team change the default decimal to 12 for corporate event or add feature to setup data format in On Demand extraction, in order to keep the data completeness, correctness and function consistent between V1 and V2. This default 6 decimal is very confused function and very easy to misleading users to suspect the correctness of the data TRTH provided.

Currently, there are no plans to add this formatting capability to the On Demand request. This would be an enhancement request.
