Would like to suggest Refinitiv Tick History Data Coverage Guide, tab "Data Release Times". The time that you see for the release of the content in question, plus the embargo time listed, in minutes, is the minimum time, that will take for this content to become available, it can be longer. Release times differ per exchange.
Refinitiv developers forums can be of most use to you for questions and general discussions centered around Refinitiv API usage. The majority of the forum's members are developers working with Refinitiv APIs, the moderators of the forums are API experts, and do not have the in-depth expertise on many types of content from Refinitiv.
For a customer Refinitiv Helpdesk Online -> Content -> DSS is the best and most efficient way to get content question answered by a Refinitiv content expert.
