I tried https://training.refinitiv.com/ and it works. The documentations provided from this site should be updated to use the new domain name.

Refinitiv has been separated from Thomson Reuters for several years.
When you visit https://training.thomsonreuters.com, you will be redirected to https://training.refinitiv.com/ as a new domain.
On the new domain (refinitiv), the certificate expires on 5th March 2022.
