Real-Time Optimized:Failed to send HTTP request.

Hello. When acquiring data from Real-Time Optimized, four RIC files are read from Java and data is acquired for each file.

Yesterday Japan time "2021-03-23 16: 42: 09.174" "2021-03-23 16: 57: 09.664" Only the last file could not be acquired. Error details: "Failed to send HTTP request. Text: {" error ":" access_denied "," error_description ":" Authentication Failed. "}" We have performed the same verification several dozen times today, but the same error has not occurred. In what cases does the "Authentication Failed." Error occur?

HI @yuichiro.saito

If your code is working most of the time and you experience a short-lived failure period, then the most likely cause is a temporary problem with the RDP (Authentication) servers.

In future, if you experience similar intermitted issues and/or if you want to confirm the cause for the above incident, please raise a support ticket for 'Refinitiv Real-Time - Optimized' on My.Refinitiv. The RRTO support team should be able to confirm if there was an outage during the time period.

Hi @umer.nalla

Thank you for your response. We conducted dozens of verifications over a three-day period, but the event did not reappear, so we decided that this was a temporary problem.

Hi @yuichiro.saito

Thanks for the update.

If you see the issue again, please raise a My.Refinitiv ticket at the earliest opportunity so that the RRTO team can investigate closer to the incident time.
