is it possible for the websocket api (or other api in refinitiv Real time ) to get all the data using subscriptions ?

Using any of our Refinitiv-Realtime APIs you can either snapshot or consume streaming data for a list RICs.
However, not all the data you mention may be available e.g. Corp Actions may not be available for all RICs.
