Hi, I've just started a free trial period with Tick History/Data Scope select. I'm using the DSS Web GUI in an attempt to view FX rates data (RIC's: GPB= and AUD=). However, no data is returned when using any of the tick history report templates, only empty columns. I've tried dates year 2019, the year 2020, the month Jan 2021, and day 24 Feb 2021. None return data.

Web GUI immediate schedules not returning data

In your report template, have you selected any fields for extraction? The fields are selected in the fields tab. After you have defined an instrument list and created a report template, you will have to run the extraction either immediately or on demand.
