Sorry for the late reply. I have contacted Calaris team and the team confirms that Open Calais and Permid do not provide a direct mapping from Wikidata ID’s to Permid’s.

If the goal is to map Wikidata ID’s for companies to Refinitiv Permid’s, if Wikidata ID’s are associated with addresses of the companies, it is conceivable that this address information can be used with the Permid record matching service (https://permid.org/match) to derive the Permid from the company address, which could then be matched back to the Wikidata ID.
