You can use the Search wizard in Excel to search for vessels. Then using vessel identifiers returned by the Search for each vessel you can retrieve the location and movements timeseries for the past year. Bear in mind though that the Search wizard reports the vessel universe to be comprised by more than 276K vessels. If you're looking to track the location history of all vessels in the universe, this would be a lot of data. You will most certainly not be able to retrieve it in one go from Eikon, if at all. I also cannot help but wonder what might be the use case to retrieve this much data and whether the use case conforms to the single user data usage license granted with Eikon.
