This column in the dictionary will generally only impact caching applications (TREP included) as this is used as a guideline to create storage for the cached content. The large version should be used by clients that have been impacted by OMM <-> MF conversion issues or are sending OMM content that has been cached and redistributed as blank data due to it exceeding the dictionary RWF LENGTH.
