DataScope Onsite server returns the following data:

DS_POOL_VIEW/DS_WeightedAverageMaturity: 115

DS_POOL_VIEW/DS_FinalMaturityDate: 05/01/2029

DS_POOL_COMMERCIAL_VIEW/DS_InterestOnlyEndDate: 05/01/2021

Question 1: DataScope Select does not return data for field 'Weighted Average Loan Age’ and 'WAM Term'. Why?

Question 2: DataScope Select returns data for field 'Original Term' = 360 that is different than DS_POOL_VIEW/DS_OriginalWAM = 120. Why?

Question 3: what is the corresponding template & field for the following View/Attribute from DS Onsite?

For question 3, please refer to DataScope Select Data Content Guide. The document provides definitions of all of the data fields available in all DSS templates.
