Client encountered a problem for RIC EURCZK= on 10/29/2019 with values update for fields BID_1, BID_2, ASK_1, ASK_2.
When their connection is open, they receive "refresh message" for BID, BID_1, BID_2, ASK, ASK_1, ASK_2 which they said is correct. The next batch of ticks, they get "Update" message but only for BID and ASK but not for BID_1, BID_2, ASK_1, ASK_2. These fields and values are not updated unless the connection is restarted.
Content Team already confirmed that all information were correct and nothing is missing. Reached out to App Ops Team for assistance. We asked for a pcap file but we were unable to open the file. We asked for a screenshot but they instead confirmed the data sent by Content Team to be correct. Elektron RT L2 reiterated that that content data is correct and nothing missing. We were advised to work with the customer and check their environment to see if there were any issues at the time of the incident.

Connection was realized through platform Elektron Message API (C++) to server ADS with IP 159.220.108.149 with username FR4_03_RHB_SK02893
