I went here and followed this

# Copy the certificate into the directory Java_home\Jre\Lib\Security
# Change your directory to Java_home\Jre\Lib\Security>
# Import the certificate to a trust store.
# Here's the import command:

keytool -import -alias ca -file somecert.cer -keystore cacerts -storepass changeit [Return]

Trust this certificate: [Yes]

@Oran: Glad that you have found one way to fix the issue.

JRE8 (Update 91) and higher have a built in support for DigiCert CA, which is used to sign all ThomsonReuters domains.

Your other option would be to upgrade your JRE to latest version.
