Please see the attached code with the corresponding responses. It seems to default to a non-binary mode first - is this right? I used CURL as it ships by default with Apple and there was a complete FTP example. Can we improve on this - it seems fairly slow?

This forum is dedicated to software developers using Refinitiv APIs. It's not the right place to ask questions about CURL library. And if you need help with it, please use appropriate resources on the Internet.
Anyway, it seems that the application fails to connect at the first place on EPSV attempt, you may disable use of EPSV with this interface.
