I tried screening a name like "khaled el sabeh", Why do i get a strong match on something like "خالد مجاور" and "خالد مسیح" as well as other possible matches?

Dear Osama Sammour,

When screening "khaled el sabeh" I also get a strong match on the result you have described. The match was done on the native alias. This can be a phonetic or other factor impacting the match.

"referenceId": "e_tr_wci_2927101",
            "matchStrength": "STRONG",
            "matchedTerm": "خالد مجاور",
            "submittedTerm": "khaled el sabeh",
            "matchedNameType": "NATIVE_AKA",

If you do not want Native Aliases to surface and be used int he matching process you can remove them from the group:

  1. Go To: Admin - World-Check - Settings and click on edit.
  2. If Include Native Aliases is on you can disable it by clicking on Edit
  3. Switch Off Native Aliases
  4. Click Save

Best Regards,

Léo
