What you experienced is a known issue, which has been previously reported by another client and which is being worked on. To keep track I have opened service case 06763156 on your behalf with Thomson Reuters Helpdesk. You will be contacted by Thomson Reuters Support organization, which will keep you informed on the progress.
Here this is the additional result investigation:
Issue was caused by a limitation of 50 characters for the APPKEY ID that consists of Company Name + App Name. Development has fixed the issue.
