what is the newest version of the Soap API and what does it differs compared to the Rest API. Please list all differences.

@agnieszka.kujawa, the TRTH SOAP API will be obsolete at the end of 2017. Anyone using this API should migrate ASAP to the TRTH REST API.

There are many differences between the SOAP and REST API, too many to list here, but there is a comparison document available.
