I'm getting "not authorized" to a tutorial page in EMA(https://developers.refinitiv.com/en/api-catalog/refinitiv-real-time-opnsrc/rt-sdk-java/tutorials?content=8738&type=learning_material_item).
Below link is for the multiple mechanisms link present in the above page.

I just tested the URL and it brought me to the correct web page. Please make sure you are logged on to the developers portal properly before hitting the URL again.

The link seems incorrect, so it returns 404 error.
This issue also affect other links in the tutorial. I will contact team to update the links.
