The destination server name for the GUI is https://hosted.datascope.reuters.com/
The destination server name for the API is https://hosted.datascopeapi.reuters.com/
You will find both URLs in the Resources tab of the DSS REST API in the developer community portal.
The protocol and port are standard HTTPS, i.e. TCP 443.
