It states in https://permid.org/faq that these services are limited to 5,000 records per API key (Token).
Are there any limitations on the free use of the TR Matching and Calais Tagging services?

I have tried to send e-mail to info@permid.org but nobody replied. Could somebody please answer the following questions:
1) What are the terms and conditions of requesting more than 5000 records through the Open PermID API?
2) Is it possible to make requests through the Open PermID API for past dates?
