TA-TSINotPermissioned error occured

When I try to request api at the Eikon app, I get the following error:

My system originally requests 380 data, but only 168 data will come in from December 4th.

When decomber 3th, the all data successed.


We are using 4.0.54 version of eikon.

It could be a permission issue. You can also try to request the same RIC on Eikon Chart. You should not be able to get the data when using Eikon Chart.

You need to contact your Refinitiv account or sales team to verify your permission.
