This seem to be a DACS admin question rather then on DACS-related development. The best way for a customer to be helped with this type of question is to refer it to DACS product support experts, via Refinitiv Helpdesk Online -> Product -> DACS Please include the complete error message that you observe, and any other details that can be relevant when you open the case.
The intended interface to DACS for admin is DACS UI, additionally some information can be accessed via DACS Web Services interface. Direct database connection is not the intended interface.
