We got an issue with romualdo.padovano@totsa.com.
He got this error :
Error code 500 | Server Error: {"code":500,"message":"getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND apac1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com apac1.apps.cp.thomsonreuters.com:443","statusMessage":"Internal Server Error"}
It seems we already have this kind of error in the past.
Please check the case: 10348085 .
Could you please do the same?

From the case resolution, the issue as reported was resolved by adding configuration to Eikon user account on our side.
Can you please provide the version of the Eikon Data Library you are using and the code snippet that is resulting in the error.
