The server is not down, but the request is not getting through the network. Are you on a private network? In other words are you performing data requests from within your corporate network, which in turn means you must be either in the office or on your corporate VPN? Or are you on a public network, which would be the case if you're using an ISP (Internet service provider) at home. Are you consistently getting this error message every time you send a data request using Eikon Data APIs?
