Client is asking: I am currently trying to access the API programmatically. To do this, I need a JWT (API Access Token), which I should get from an OAuth endpoint.

However, I am missing a value for the CLIENT_ID parameter mentioned in this. Where can I find this?
Once the client can access to the API Playground page, the client can create the App Key (Client ID) via the following steps:
1. On API DOCs page, open AppKey Generator on the top left.
2. Input a unique meaningful name that helps you identify your application.
3. Tick the EDP API checkbox
4. Click “Register New App”, accept Terms & Conditions.
The generated App Key will be in the App Key column.

You can generate/manage your Client ID (aka App Key or App Id) from the AppkeyGenerator website or via Eikon Desktop/Refinitiv Workspace application (go to the Search Bar and type APP KEY, then select the AppKey Generator)

The client should be received the "Welcome Email" that contains 2 steps.
The first step is "Create a profile on Refintiv Developer Community Portal" which is this https://developers.refinitiv.com/ page. The client can do a self-register with their company email address.
The second step is "Step 2 - To access and test the APIs navigate to Refinitv Data Platform". This step contains instructions to access API Playground page. You will see the following Login page, and then click "Forgotten your password?". Input your User ID (email) and click "OK". You will receive a reset password email to set your password.
