Unable to perform screening on pilot environment

Was not able to perform screening via pilot environment via API calls:

1. SEQ-2b: { {protocol}}{ {gateway-host}}{ { gateway-url}}cases --> From the response, take the `caseId` to be passed in on the next endpoint2. SEQ-5b: { {protocol}}{ {gateway-host}}{ { gateway-url}}cases/{ {case-system-id}}/results

Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 5.0 MiB each and 10.0 MiB total.

Thank you for your query.

You will have to pass the case-system-id instead of case-id via the API. The case-id is used for accessing the case via the UI.

Hope this clarifies your concern.
