The ASX exchange references PPH for Pushpay Holdings, however Refinitive is referencing PPHDA as the ticker. The API made this change as at 29/11/2020

We use the Open PermID API; we also use the bulk files and the RRS feeds.
For consistency, I have another question open for the same issue for another stock - IAP. Both questions may need to be treated similarly.
Thanks
@antoinette.adaman Refinitiv uses its own symbology known as RIC (Refinitiv Instrument Code) - this can differ from other symbology types. We have a number of symbology tools to convert from different symbology types eg ISIN, CUSIP, SEDOL. When symbols or instruments officially change Data Notifications are sent out to subscribers of our various products.
As far as I can ascertain regarding the company you mention - PushPay - the RIC is PPH.AX. This was changed on 27th November 2020.
This change was reflected in our products on 27th Nov. What is the product or site that you are seeing the old information on? I believe that is the ASX site itself - and if so it is that site that needs updating.
I hope this can help.
The screenshot that I provided earlier was from https://permid.org/1-21597179879
The API reference feed also reflected the RIC code PPHDA.AX, instead of the PPH.AX noted in your screenshot.
@antoinette.adaman ok I see - yes the RIC change does not seem to have been reflected in that website. Which API did you use was it the Open PermID API? Is it still showing the old RIC? If you let me know which API you are using then I can let the appropriate people know. I hope this can help.
