eikon add-in not load in excel in citrix

anyone using reuters in citrix and eikon add-in not loaded when launch excel?

LoadBahavior is 3 in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Excel\AddIns\PowerlinkCOMAddIn.COMAddIn

If Eikon Excel add-in does not load for you, please open a ticket with Refinitiv Helpdesk by calling the Helpdesk number in your country, using Contact Us capability in your Eikon application or by visiting MyRefinitiv. The Helpdesk can investigate the problem and help you resolve the issue.
