Hello, client said that he cannot open Codebook the whole day. He said it display to be taking more than 30 seconds to load and he cannot open it. He said it's been slow for last few days also.
1) Is there any procedure we could do here to help client?
2) Is it possible to pull his codes from within Codebook so he can work in another environment?

You can advise your user to use Codebook from Eikon Web Access or Refinitiv Workspace Web Access.
For the CodeBook launching issue, try to clear cache and restart the Eikon Desktop and PC.
If it still happens, please submit a ticket to helpdesk.
