I am trying to pull data of EMC.N but I get State: CLOSED, SUSPECT, NOT_ENTITLED, "Access Denied: User req to IDN for Prod - WWUTAHXTRA". How to fix it?

You should contact the Account team who can help to grant the permission(the product named WWUTAHXTRA) which is required to access the RIC.

Your market data administration team need to add the PE group "WWUTAHXTRA" to your DACS login. This may need to be pursued further upstream if your organisation is not currently entitled to it. It may require additional fees.
