Why for some underlying I haven't an output without error for the following code ?
ek.get_data("NOKIA.HE",['OPTION'])

For the fifty underlying of .STOXX50E I have 13 underlying with this error.
Different venues may have different data behavior.
For the sample data, you can see that .MC or .I or .HE venues do not provide the "OPTIONS" field.
