Could you please elaborate your question. Are you using the online API docs, or using your own application, or using the RDP libraries to get news. What is the message that you get back from the platform. Does your ID have permissions to get news headlines?

We use RDP libraries . we get None as response.

Which language and what is your news query? Have you tried getting news headlines directly at online portal @ https://apidocs.edp.thomsonreuters.com/Apps/ApiDocs?
