ERROR 20019: internal server error

Hi , we are using the FIPA ( FIXED INCOME PORTFOLIO ANALYTICS) tool in Eikon and we are facing " Error 20019: internal server error " when we run/calculate Profit &loss analysis in Portfolio analysis menu

Try:

- restart Eikon app/relogin

- repeat the calculation with a smaller set of data

- you can try to find something in Eikon Menu->Help->Log Viewer->Source

- check your pc local permissions
