In order to catch request / response to TRKD API Fiddler should be configured for appropriate environment (.NET, Java, PHP).

You can save TRKD API request / response (session) directly from Fiddler tool in text or special Fiddler archive format.

To do it right click required TRKD API HTTP session in left Fiddler panel and select appropriate format from context menu.

Saved session with TRKD API request/response XML can be used by other people / teams (support team as well) for further investigation and assist.
