Can you share the code you use to retrieve the data which is not available?

I would like to also know the RIC code, Field name and time.

I will update the support to follow the correct support model to ensure they are handling the case effectively in case the API call looks correct but no data available as you mentioned.

If so, I will move your question to another sub-forum since this sub-forum is for Eikon Data APIs.

For RFA API, troubleshooting will be different than Eikon Data APIs and will require you to raise a case to API support group.

Please be informed that RFA Java can consume real-time data from Elektron only. The Elektron does not provide historical data for consumer.

If you want data on that specific date, please contact your Refinitiv representative to help you.

Hello @Harihara

The problem can be occurred from various reasons such as the application issue itself, application slow consumer, service down, connection issue, api issue, etc. Does the problem still persist in your environment?

The API and application log files when the problem occurred are required to investigate the issue.
