COM api : EikonDesktopDataApi connection bug

Hello,

I'm using the Eikon COM api. I observe quite often that the Eikon software lose connection with the server. When it happens a card is displayed on the top right of the screen with the message "Eikon connection lost". (Connection is back after few seconds usually)

It is not really a problem but I realized that when it happens, all application using EikonDesktopDataAPI cannot connect to the API (even after restart). The event OnStatusChanged is never called. The only solution is to restart Eikon completely.

Is this problem known ?
