Intermittent (one-off) issue with 'Search All' API service

Hi,

We got some internal server errors for the Search All API service.

The same API calls were successful after sometime(When submitted in the next schedule of our jobs).

Please find the attached logs for failed API call and success API call.

Please check them and let us know the cause for failure.

Hello @Hari Govind

The problem seems to be the API issue rather than API usage question. You can submit a support ticket to TRKD support to verify the issue via My Refinitiv web site.

Please select "Get Support" --> "The product does not work as expected" and then select Product "Thomson Reuters Knowledge Direct API"
