OnStatusChanged : no events comes when eikon closed

I am planning to upgrade Eikon 4.0.31 to 4.0.46125.

But it looks like OnStatusChanged not work when Eikon 4.0.46125 shutdown.

There was no problem with Eikon 4.0.31.

for example

1.Start List.exe application.(Eikon Com api sample Realtime example (AdfinXRt) C#.)

2. "Connect to Platform" button is push.

3.Status changed to "Connected"

4.Shutdown Eikon Desktop.

5.no comes "Disconnected" events sometimes.

Please let me know, how to receive disconnected events always.

I ran multiple tests following the workflow you described and couldn't reproduce the issue. The difference may be that I'm running Eikon 4.0.47, which is in pre-release now and will be available to all Eikon users on Apr 4th. We could target your Eikon account for v4.0.47, so you could test if you still have the issue with this version.
Is this something you'd be interested in trying?

I would like to try the new version.

This issue only not occurred when Eikon Excel was logged in.

I requested to have your Eikon account targeted to v4.0.47. This usually takes a day. I'll let you know when it's done.

I confirmed that Eikon v4.0.47 was installed.

but I still cannot received Disconnect message when I was complete shutdown Eikon.

Since I cannot reproduce the issue on my end, the only way we can troubleshoot it is on your machine. Just out of curiosity, did you reproduce the problem on more than one box? We need to open a ticket with Refinitiv Helpdesk, so that the support personnel could reach out to you offline and start troubleshooting. Would you prefer to contact the Helpdesk yourself and open the ticket? Or would you prefer that I do it on your behalf?
