We are testing the historical dividend yield data for “IBM US Equity” and we get a lot of empty responses with "Dividend Ex Date", "Dividend Record Date" and "Payment Amount" fields completely empty.

Could you please double check and advise on this?

Hello @vstefanini,

I have tested this request, can confirm that for me these fields in Corporate Actions are not populated either.

The dividend data is available in multiple templates, requiring the corresponding request type.

To figure out the correct way to access the content that you require, there are two ways,

Datascope Data Content Guide, section Fields,

Or placing a request with Content Help Desk => "Product and Content" => "I cannot access specific content" => Product=Datascope Select.

Hi Zoya,

Thanks for your reply.

I believe that this is the correct API call to get those fields, so I've opened a new support request on my.refinitiv.com
