Groups not visible

When we make Postman API call to retrieve all Groups using SEQ-pre-groups: Get my top-level groups ({ {protocol}}{ {gateway-host}}{ {gateway-url}}groups) and passing the api-key and api-secret we get a different list of groups then compared to what is visible when manually looging on to the Portal app.accelus.com. Any idea why this could be ?

Thank you for the screenshot.

From the screenshot, it appears that the account to which you are logged in is not enabled for the API, so you are unable to see the API credentails and probably that is why the group details are not matching to that with the API.

If the account is API enabled then you should be able to see the API credentails.

I would request to please check in the correct environment.

That's not possible!

Can you please check the API key / secret being used via API with that available in the UI?

To check for the API key / secret, Login to UI > Click on 'Admin' from the drop down > Select Users > Click on the username > You should be able to view the API key / secret in the right section on the panel.

If the API key / secret are same when compared via UI, then the groups which you see in the UI would be same as available for API. If the API key / Secret are not same, then you may be checking in a different environment (i.e. Production environment) using the UI.

Hi Prabhjyot,

Unfortunately when we login into the portal, we do not see the api-key and api-secret, we only see the Product key as shown in the screenshot below. Could you please help us get to the API key / secret in the portal.
