Can you please elaborate on the question, what's the use case that is to be achieved?

We do pass caseSystemIds in the API call as part of the request URL for calls such fetching full case details, getting the screening results, resolving the results, OGS, updating a case, archive and deletion operation on a case etc!

However, you can pass your own caseSystemID while creating a case but the system would still generate a caseSystemID for you which will overwrite the caseSystemID that you passed in the request payload, this is in conjunction with the fact that we allow our customer to have an option of generating their own case IDs but caseSystem ID is always generated by our systems.
