I got permission for full access to the Customer & Third Party Risk API Developer Portal, but I can't find api-key and api-secret required for the pilot environment. I've not received them via email either. Could you please tell me, where can I get them from?

You can reach out to your pre-sales representative, he will help you in getting access and set up or pilot environment and then providing you with credentials.
