There are some samples of JSON for other modules while not for some such as quote chain and chain component. All modules at TRKD API will support JSON, correct?

Hello,
Not all the service in TRKD API supports JSON currently. Quote Chain is one of them. Quote chain service is mainly used for retrieving components/ constituents of index or other chain RICs. You can also use such chain RICs in Quote (RetrieveItem_3) to retrieve the data for constituents. This service does supports both JSON and SOAP XML. You can refer to sections '16.8.5 - Retrieving Quote Chain' and '16.8.5.2 JSON Sample Request - Get Quote Chain' in TRKD API developers guide ( TRKD API DEVELOPERS GUIDE).
