Not sure are you using RFA C++/.NET or Java?

Basically RFA C++/.NET examples just print the message it received from Data Feed or Provider server to console output. It does not designed for handle specific type of RIC/Item. So if you know RIC name of future contract you want to get data, you can try it with example such as StarterConsumer. It will print data for the RIC to console output.

If you want to know information about the server you can test, please contace Thomson Reuters Account team who take care of your company account. They should be able to provide information about the server, service and username that you can used to test.
